Our Core Beliefs
We believe that prayer matters because God matters. We are committed to obeying God's word and glorifying the Lord Jesus in every aspect of this ministry. We value compassion, kindness, and acceptance. We believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity, regardless of their beliefs or backgrounds.
The Team
We are ordinary people with an extraordinary passion for prayer. Our eight members come from diverse backgrounds but share a deep faith and a desire to serve others through intercession. We’re not a business or an organization seeking profit—just a group of believers answering God’s call to pray for those in need. Believing in the power of prayer every week our group gathers virtually to pray, whether for healing, guidance, strength, or praises for blessings
WHO WE ARE
My name is Rick. My wife Cindy and I moved out to the Quinte West, Ontario, Canada area a number of years ago and were attending a local house of worship for approximately five years. We both felt there was a need for prayer to be offered to anyone that is unable to or does not attend a place of worship on a regular basis.
At The Online Prayer Group, we are a dedicated team of eight prayer warriors united by a shared calling to lift up others in prayer. Guided by faith and prompted by God’s love, we have been meeting weekly, since 2023, to intercede for the needs, hopes, and burdens of those who require prayer. Our mission is simple yet profound: to bring your prayers before God with compassion, faith, and unwavering commitment.
Many simply don’t know anyone who will pray for them. They don’t know who to turn to. If that's you or you know of anyone like that we want you to know we are here. We believe that inspiration and encouragement is very important when we face struggles in our life and knowing others are praying for you can provide the comfort that is needed at these times.
